Kevin Kutschinski, Chairman and Director
Kevin is a founding shareholder and Chairman of Pipeworx. Over his
career, Kevin has been involved in more than 30 successful businesses
in a variety of industries. In addition to his Pipeworx role, Kevin
is a successful business owner with interests ranging from automotive
dealerships to property development. Kevin is extremely active in the
Northeast BC and Northwest Alberta business communities.
Garth Grubisich, Director
is a co-founder of Pipeworx Ltd., and a highly regarded, successful
independent businessman with a thirty year track record of value creation.
Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, he is currently the President of
G-Corp Investments Inc., a management company that holds investments
in a diverse range of operating companies across North America. These
holdings range from auto and recreational vehicle dealerships to financial
products to significant interests in real estate and land development.
Stuart H. Parnell, CFA, Vice President Of Business Development
Business Development. Stuart joined Pipeworx in October of 2006
to manage the execution of its corporate growth program with a particlular
emphasis on merger and acquisition and capital raising activities.
Stuart has more than a dozen years of experience in the financial services
industry. Prior to joining Pipeworx, Stuart was Managing Director for
a mid-market corporate finance group, where he was responsible for
directing the merger and acquisition, divestiture and fund raising
service lines. Stuart is a Chartered Financial Analyst and past president
of the Calgary CFA Society.
Jason Benesch, CA/Controller
Jason Benesch has held several senior level positions in the
accounting and oilfield services industry. Jason completed his
Bachelor of Commerce degree, with an accounting major, at the University
of Alberta in 1998. He started his career in public practice,
primarily with Edmonton, AB based Veres Picton & Company and obtained
his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002. In early 2006,
Jason left public practice and joined Big Eagle Limited Partnership
as Manger of Acquisitions where he was responsible for due diligence
on target companies and completed the purchase and integration of seven
oilfield service companies in 2006. In early 2007, Jason assumed
the role as controller at Big Eagle where he managed all accounting
and reporting functions and supervised 20 direct and indirect reports. Jason
joined Pipeworx Ltd. in June 2008 as its controller.
